Internationally oriented students from Finland and international guests gather together from 29th Oct until 1st Nov for the National Platform Helsinki 2015.
ESN – Erasmus Student Network – is a non-profit international student organization. Our goal is to promote mobility in Europe, represent international students and help exchange students coming to our country. There are 16 ESN sections in Finland and in Europe the number of sections is almost 500. It’s all about students helping students.
National Platform is an event where delegates from all the ESN sections in Finland and international guests gather together for the weekend to discuss different topics related to our organization, participate in interdisciplinary workshops and get to know other active members from different ESN sections. This fall, the four ESN sections in Helsinki (ESN Aalto, ESN Helga, ESN Metropolia and ESN Uni Helsinki) organize the National Platform together. More than 80 ESN actives spend the weekend in Otaniemi to meet their colleagues and have a good time together. On Saturday evening we will organize a sitsit party for the participants and this time the theme is a toga party! It will be organized in the Urban Mill, located in the campus Otaniemi of Aalto University.
