 Työpajojen tulokset kirjataan, valmisteilla olevan ”Transformers for Future Labour Markets” hankkeen valmistelussa sekä osana eri alojen ja tahojen kehittämistä.
14.30-15:15 Yhteenveto & keskustelua Moderoijat esittelevät tulokset.

Future of the labor market: What kind relations will be in the future between employers and workers? What kind of form of employment we will have in the future? How long we will work daily in future? Will we have self-employed or employed in organization in future? Will be work in future as a duty or will?

Future of skills and competences: What kind of qualification, skills and competences we will need in the future? How will be a future of formal, informal education and lifelong learning? How we will  continue lifelong developed in the future? From educational perspective what balance we will need between professional qualification/ competences and general? What driving forces will be important in the future?

Future of professions: In which ways will professions change and what kind of new professions are needed? How will we define profession and how we can validate these? Will we have single or multi-talent requiring profession? Which professions will have the biggest impact for the labor market and to society  in the future? Or are we thinking of professions with our old terms?
